Yes, All bike and scooter rentals come with helmets. Customers are welcome to bring their own protective gear as they see fit. Municipal law states, bicycle helmets are required by law. Go-E-Bike Rentals is not responsible for any fines accrued for failure to adhear to this code. Locks are provided with each bike rental and should always be used. Due to bike theft, customers must be mindful and always leave bikes in a safe environment, when not in use. 

At Go-E-Bike Rentals, we strive to provide world class customer service. Our rental process is fast and easy. Customers are encouraged to use our online booking platform, powered by Booqable. You can also call or email us with any questions or special considerations. We offer 2, 4 and 8 hour bike rental periods. Scooters are $30 for 2 hours and can also be booked for 4, 8 and full day allocations, Pricing provided in our store page.

At Go-E-Bike Rentals, We offer delivery for our 8 hour and multi day bookings, within 20km. Large group rides and air B&B and hotel drop offs are recommended and can be planned ahead of time with us, this provides the best customer experience. Please email or call us with your intended delivery location. Pick up and drop off is fast and easy, at our Douglas Ave location. Our shop is located behind 413 Douglas Ave, Penticton BC, V2A-2V1. Attendants will provide customers with the required equipment and a run down on safe use of bikes and scooters.
